includes use of sanctuary, wedding hostess, organist, sound technician/custodian, bridal consultation, and 1 hour wedding rehearsal. Access to the sanctuary begins an hour and a half before the ceremony and ends 45 minutes after the ceremony. * $1000.00

* Additional use of Sanctuary (per 1/2 hour) $50.00
* Additional use of sanctuary without prior arrangement (per 1/2 hour) $100.00
** Organist when soloist or other special music is requested $240.00

(If you prefer a more intimate setting and are having less than 70 guests, the chapel is available.  The fee for the chapel is $200.00 and would replace the fee shown above for the sanctuary.)

A check for the final payment should be made payable to United Methodist Wedding Fund for the above and delivered to the church secretary or wedding hostess ten days prior to the ceremony.


Fees subject to revision

Once your deposit has been accepted, no increase in fees will be made for your wedding.

A refund of fees paid will be given if your plans change.  However, if cancellation is made within 60 days of your scheduled wedding date, there will be a withholding for actual expenses incurred or time expended.
